John MacDonald
John is a technology strategist with over 27 years of experience in the IT industry.
Responsible for managing and developing strategic client relationships with EBC Group clients. With a focus on Cyber Security, he act's as a client’s outsourced IT Manager, Director, vCIO, or CTO, ensuring that our technical solutions are expertly tailored to meet the evolving business needs of both existing and prospective clients. By working closely with clients’ account managers, account directors, and the wider account management team, he delivers value-driven strategies that foster long-term partnerships and uncover new opportunities for growth and success.
He is certified in ITIL, Microsoft, WatchGuard, SentinelOne, and Sophos, amongst others, and has a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering.
John is passionate about delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Mike Bridges
With 37 Years within in the Tech Industry, Mike comes from a technical beginning, moving into consultancy and technical sales, to then running and owning an MSP business.
Mike then joined EBC Group as the Head of the IT business back in 2012, the first task was to merge a Datacentre acquisition into EBC Group and then to successfully grow the IT business until the end of 2024.
With the ability for EBC Group to provide a unique offering to the legal and finance sector, Lawfinity as a brand of EBG Group was created.
Mikes time is now devoted to the development of this new division, where strategic partnerships have been created for further strengthening its offering to our clients. This brand is specifically focused on providing technology to be compliant, enhance security and create efficiency in the workplace.

Simon Hudson
Simon is an entrepreneur and health sector specialist with a career spanning QA system auditing, medical device development, international training, and marketing. He co-founded a clinical outcomes measurement startup in the U.S. and the Carelink division of ioko Ltd., growing it into a multi-million-pound business.
In 2009, he founded Cloud2, launching the first commercial "Intranet in a Box" solution. He later co-founded Kinata Ltd. (2016), a clinical advice platform, and Novia Works Ltd. (2021), a tech consulting firm.
Simon became Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Hull in 2021 and was recognized as a Microsoft MVP in 2022. He co-facilitates the M365 North User Group, contributes to the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365, and holds two medical device patents.

Simon Doy
With a strong background in Microsoft 365 and Azure from 2011, Simon has crafted solutions for top names like Barclays Capital, Barclays Wealth, Old Mutual, The Financial Ombudsman, and Portakabin.
Recently honoured as a Microsoft Most Valued Professional (MVP), Simon’s dedication to his craft and commitment is recognised and celebrated by peers and experts alike. He is also a key member of the Microsoft 365 Maturity Model Team, playing a vital role in the Sharing is Caring initiative, which underlines his altruistic approach to technology and its potential for making a positive impact.
Simon’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. With his experience, dedication to the community, and involvement in groundbreaking initiatives, he continues to shape the future of Microsoft technologies, leaving a lasting impact on businesses and individuals alike.

Steve Harcourt
Steve Harcourt joined Prime in October 2007, having previously gained ten years’ experience working for a Coventry based sole practitioner where he trained and qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Following numerous promotions Steve was appointed a director of the firm in July 2017.
Steve has extensive experience of all aspects of accounting including cash flow reporting and compiling internal financial reports. Steve heads up the Business Services Department, which is Prime’s Bookkeeping and Management Accounts service, predominately offered through cloud based software solutions. Steve manages the entire business services accounts for one of the region’s leading tourist attractions. An approachable and commercially astute accountant, Steve is focused on offering clients added value. He has particular expertise in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction sectors.
Born and bred in Bedworth, Steve gained an honours degree at Middlesex University and now lives in Nuneaton with his wife Claire and two children. Outside of work Steve has been a member of Nuneaton golf club for over 30 years and tries to find time to play as often as possible. He is also a keen cyclist and lifelong supporter of Coventry City Football Club. Steve is a part of the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce board and is starting his 2 year term as President and Chair in 2024.

Matt Lennard

James is the Cybercrime and Fraud Co-ordinator for Warwickshire Police, working to protect individuals from digital threats.
With extensive experience in cyber security, crime prevention, fraud and public awareness initiatives, James is dedicated to educating communities about cybercrime and fraud resilience.
Through collaboration with law enforcement, businesses and the public, he helps strengthen cyber defences and combats emerging threats enabled by AI.

Laura Wilkinson
Laura is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Account Executive at Clear Insurance Management Ltd. With over 15 years of experience, Laura has honed her expertise in all aspects of general commercial insurances. However, her passion lies in empowering businesses to understand the critical importance of cyber resilience and cyber insurance.
One of Laura's key achievements is her dedication to educating and informing others about insurance and cyber resilience.
